The public is encouraged to vote for their favorite edible art during Booth Library’s eighth annual Edible Book Festival on April 9. The activity is one of several activities planned to celebrate National Library Week.
Contest participants created artworks made out of edible materials that have something to do with books in either its shape or content. Refreshments will be served, but the artworks will not be eaten.
Public voting will take place from 4 to 5 p.m., followed by the announcement of the Judges’ Choice, People’s Choice and Honorable Mention winners. The event is free and open to the public.
